You are requested to submit the following documents and credentials at the school office at the time of verification of the forms. The date and time of the verification will be informed through Phone Call /SMS / Website. An amount of Rs. 600/- is to be deposited online as Registration Fee (Non-refundable). Both the parents (Father & Mother) and the child should be present during the document submission.

Print out of Online Registration Form.
Payment receipt.
Photocopy Copy of Birth Certificate.
The latest Passport Size photograph of the candidate and both the parents.
Copy of the Aadhar card/ passport of the child.
Copy of the SSSM ID.
Original copy of the Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
Copy of the Cast Certificate (SC / ST / OBC) of parents.
Copy of the previous year’s report card of siblings (if studying in St. Raphael Co-Ed School, Bhopal).

(Please carry the Original documents of all the above mentioned at the time of admission for verification).

Note: Failure to submit these documents may lead to cancellation of registration and subsequently rejection of admission.

Special Note

The age limit should be 3 years for Nursery, 4 years for KG I and 5 years for KG II as on 1st APRIL 2024.
Birth Certificate obtained after 1st December, 2020 (for KG II), 1st December, 2021 (for KG I) and 1st December, 2022 (for Nursery) will not be accepted for admission for the session 2024 - 2025.
Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security for admission. The selection of the student is purely on the basis of interaction for class Nursery and entrance exam for classes KG I and KG II.
Once the child is admitted in school, the change in Candidate’s name, Date of birth/ Parent’s name, will not be accepted under any circumstance. Therefore, kindly update the documents.
In case of sibling, the Parent’s name should be the same as the documents submitted at the time of admission of the elderly child in this school.
The Management of St. Raphael Co-Ed School, Bhopal is the final authority for selecting the students, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
The Management of St. Raphael Co-Ed School, Bhopal does not entertain any middle man / agent in the admission procedure. No donation is accepted by the school or through any agent.
