ADMISSION FORMALITIES

I.  For the Admission Procedure, Parents of the candidates have to purchase the REGISTRATION FORM from the office and submit it with the following reqirements:-  

a.) 3 Passport size Photographs with red or blue background.        

b.) Original Birth Certificate with 2 photocopies stating clearly, Child's name, Date of Birth, Parent's name and Surname.     

c.) Original Marksheets recieved from the previous school with its 2 photocopies         

d.) Original Transfer Certificate recieved from the previous school.  (If  the child is not from a CBSE Affiliated School then his/her Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by District Educational officer.)

II. Parents of the selected candidates should get an Admission Form from the office and submit it with the following requirements.                                                                   

a.) Original Birth Certificate stating clearly, Child's name, Date of birth and Parents Name and Surname.  

b.) Original Marksheet recieved from the previous school with its 2 Photocopies.   

c.) Origianal Transfer Certificate from the previous School. (Transfer Certicate countersigned if the previous school is not affiliated to CBSE. 

d.) Both the parents should be present for the Admission of the child.

III. Parents Should complete the Admission formalities on the date alloted to them. Seats will not be kept Reserved.

IV. NO DONATION IS ACCEPTED FOR SECURING ADMISSION IN THIS ORGANISATION.

V. The Principal reserves the right to refuse any Admission without having to assign any reason for such an action.

VI. Children between 3 and 3.5 years are admitted to nursery and 4 & 5 years of age are admitted to K.G.-I and children between 5 and 5.5 years are admitted in K.G.-II.

VII. For Admission, the Admission form must be filled in and the admission fee along with first installment fees should be paid.

VIII. If a child is absent from the SCHOOL CONSECUTIVELY FOR 15 DAYS WITHOUT ANY LEAVE LEETER SIGNED BY PARENTS THE NAME WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY STRUCK OF FROM THE REGISTER.

In case if they are Re-Admitted, the usual fees will be charged afresh.

IX. If the parents wish to withdraw a child from the school, they must kindly apply for the same in writting 30 days in advance, and take T.C. against the payment of Rs. 50/- from the payment office.
